Camel Cigarettes Packaging Gets a Facelift

The marketing gurus at R. J. Reynolds finally done what hasn't been done in nearly a hundred years - changed the design of its flagship cigarette pack design. The new design is expected to be most stores by the end of March.

Past promotions by R. J. Reynolds have been roundly criticized in the past, however this facelift is seen to be a very cautious move by the company. Back in 1997 it had to terminate its Camel Joe icon after many complaints accusing the company of trying to appeal to underage consumers.
